Today, 58 years ago, Donald Campbell attempted to set a water speed record in the iconic Bluebird K7. Tragically, at 330mph, the Bluebird K7 took off and somersaulted, fatally disintegrating as it crashed back into the water. Our condolences to Campbell's loved ones.
