The updated Fifty Something tour is scheduled to end in April 2027

Fans are in for a treat.

As the Canadian power trio returns to TD Garden as part of their 50th anniversary tour (and first tour since drummer Neil Peart died in 2020), critic Chris Vognar reflects on the years he was obsessed with the band.

Rush have added more shows to their triumphant Fifty Something tour. Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Anika Nilles have added extra dates in Houston (October 1), St. Louis (October 21), Cincinnati (October 23) and Pittsburgh (November 15), and seem to be coping with the stress of touring better than some predicted.

Rush is coming back to Houston. The legendary Canadian rock trio has added a stop at Toyota Center on October 1, 2026, ending an 11-year absence from the city and giving local fans a shot at seeing the band's first area performance since founding drummer Neil Peart's death in 2020.
